A little bit of history:
Eye/dream pillows have been used for centuries. At one time, they were called “comfort pillows” and were used in sickrooms to ease nightmares and to disguise the scent of illness. Relaxing herbs, such as lavender, were used in to comfort crying babies and by easing them to sleep.

Herbal pillows help to create pleasant dreams, soothing relaxation and restful sleep.

How to use:
In a reclining position, simply lay the eye pillow over the eyes from temple to temple. The pillow contains a luxurious mixture of herbs and organic flaxseed. Flaxseed serves as a gentle weight that molds to the contours of the face and creates a gentle pressure at to the forehead, eyes and temples.

Cold technique; Wrap the pillow in a plastic bag and place in freezer for until it gets cold, approximately 2 hours. The flaxseed will retain the cold, providing a giving it a cooling effect for the eye area. Great for allergies, swollen, sore eyes and after permanent eyeliner procedures.

Warm technique; Place the pillow in the microwave and heat in 10 second increments until it reaches the desired temperature. The flaxseeds will retain the heat creating a warm compress. Great for sore muscles or cramps.


Occasionally roll the pillow in your hands to crush the herbs to increase their effects.
